     The Academic Affairs Division, priviously named the Office of Education, was renamed on July 1, 1989, in accordance with the University Act and the Military Education Regulations. The restructuring involved merging the Educational Administration Center, the Campus Publication Society, and the Admissions Center into the Office of Academic Affairs, with the Educational Administration Center as the designated unit. The organizational adjustment resulted in the Office of Academic Affairs consisting of three divisions: Planning, Evaluation, and Teaching Materials, as well as the Educational Administration Center. This structure remained in place until the year 2005. However, in compliance with the directive numbered 0930001293 issued by the Naval Command Headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense, effective July 1, 2005, the Office of Academic Affairs underwent personnel reduction and was reorganized. The previous divisions were abolished, and the subordinate units were renamed as the Office of Academic Affairs and the Educational Administration Center.
