The Academy recently held an art exhibition, in which more than 50 artists from the Kaohsiung International Culture and Art Association and the Kaohsiung Calligraphy Society were invited to exhibit their works in four categories: Chinese painting, Western painting, calligraphy and sculpture.
In his opening speech, Rear-admiral Chiang expressed his gratitude to the artists for their excellent works and taking time to participate in the opening ceremony. Artists were also invited to draw and write calligraphy on the spot, which added color to the event. The opening ceremony and the tea party ended in a pleasant atmosphere.
