The Naval Academy recently held a Western-style etiquette demonstration at Kaohsiung's Lin Palace Restaurant, presided over by Rear Admiral Liu, and invited Yishou University teacher Wang Zhiyu to teach the class; in order to allow students to learn international etiquette and practical integration, by wearing suits and dresses and table manners, etc., to increase the students' international outlook and understanding of the importance of etiquette.

Principal Liu said that etiquette is the basis for human interaction and a demonstration of one's moral character. As an international military service, the Navy encourages the graduates to take this opportunity to learn what they should know about various social occasions, and to understand the principles of "according to the person, according to the place, according to the time" and "entering the country and following the custom", so I believe that they should be rewarded and I expect that in the future, they will not only be competent cadres of the Navy, but also elegant gentlemen and ladies.
