Intercollegiate Electives
　From the second year onwards, if a cadet achieve an average score of 80 or above and passed all the subjects, he may have chance to participate in the Inter-school Electives program as a collaboration between the Academy and the National Sun Yat-sen University. Currently, colleges at Sun Yat-sen University available for elective studies include:
1.
College of Management: Department of Business Management and Department of Information Management.
2.
College of Science: Department of Chemistry, Department of Physics and Department of Applied Mathematics.
3.
College of Engineering: Department of Electrical Engineering, Department of Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering and Department of Computer Science and Engineering.
4.
College of Marine Sciences: Department of Marine Resources and Department of Marine Environment and Engineering.
